Facebook Data Deletion Policy

Introduction

This Data Deletion Policy (DDP) explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems, particularly any data provided to us via Facebook Login for account authentication.

When you use Facebook Login for the CLKSQR learning platform, we only access the information you authorize, which typically includes your name, email address, and Facebook profile ID. We do not access additional personal data from your Facebook account. This policy is part of our commitment to transparency and compliance with Facebook's Platform Terms and applicable privacy regulations.

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

  1. Log in to your Facebook account (via facebook.com or the Facebook mobile app).
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy, then select Settings.
  3. Open Apps and Websites from the left sidebar (or the menu on mobile).
  4. Find CLKSQR (BP Square) in your list of active apps.
  5. Select Remove to revoke access and delete Facebook-provided data.

Removing the app from your Facebook account immediately revokes our access. Once Facebook sends the removal event, we delete your Facebook-provided data according to this DDP.

Important Note

Removing CLKSQR from Facebook does not delete your CLKSQR account or any data you created directly within our system (such as learning progress, training records, or account settings). It only deletes data that Facebook originally provided.
