How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us through one of the following methods:

with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Vendor Form: You can also submit a request through our
vendor inquiries form.
In your request, please provide sufficient information to allow us to identify your account, such as the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Our Account Deletion Process
Upon receiving and verifying your account deletion request, we will take the following steps:

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours.

We will permanently delete your personal data and any other data associated with your account from the systems we use to operate your account within 30 days. Any information we are legally required to retain will be securely stored and isolated.

We will notify you by email once the data deletion process is complete.
Data Retention
In certain limited circumstances, we may be required to retain specific information to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This retained data is strictly limited to what is necessary for these purposes, such as training completion records or account transaction history.
This information will be securely archived and isolated from our production systems, used only for its intended legal or regulatory purpose, and anonymized where feasible.
